2008 Skins Golf Outing

It's that time again to put your golf skills to work and see how much money you could win at this year's Skins Golf Outing. This year's event will be held at beautiful Indian Boundary Golf Course.

As we've done it every year, we'll form teams based on your reported average golf score to keep it even. Play is scramble format which means that all four team members tee off on each hole and then decide which tee shot they like the best and mark the spot. The other team members pick up their golf balls and place them within one club length (no closer to the hole) of the marked spot then each team member hits their next shot from there. This continues on until your ball is in the hole. Even if your golf skills aren't up to par, you'll still have a good chance for a share of the prize money since you have three other golfers backing you up. How easy is that?

Then if your team shoots the best score on any or all holes, you'll win big money! Last year, there was over $700 that was divided to the winners. Additional prize money will go to the team with the longest drive and closest to the pin on two pre-designated holes.

Cost is only $75 which includes greens fees, carts and skins fees. Payment is due no later than July 7th payable with a credit card via Paypal or mailing a check to:

After the event, everyone is welcome to continue the party at 2311 W. Ohio (Tom and Beth's place). Even though you're not a golfer and didn't play in the outing, please join us for after-party.
